| FROM 495 EAST (LIE): |
| 1. Take 495 East to Exit 70 - Manorville. |
| 2. Turn right onto Route 111. |
| 3. Follow the signs to 27 East - Montauk Highway. |
| 4. Bear left on 27E. |
| 5. Travel approximately 5 miles, through South Hampton and Water Mill. |
| 6. Immediately past the Bridgehampton Commons is a blinking light. |
| 8. Turn left onto Butter Lane at the blinking light. |
| 9. Travel under the railroad trestle. |
| 10. Travel approx. 100 yds then turn left onto Tradesman's Path. |
