B

Bakers Rack
Also known as: Speed Rack, Open Rack
A non-electric, open metal rack used to store and transport food on Proofer Trays and in Chafer Liners.
Bar Tray Round 16" Cork
Also known as: Football Tray, Jack Tray, Waiter Tray
A round tray used for bussing and serving.
Bus Tub Grey
Also known as: Bus Bucket
A large plastic tub used for bussing, transporting items, and sanitation.

C

Canopy Stripe Print
Also known as: Awning Stripe
A stripe pattern featuring large, 2" stripes in alternating colors, usually white and another hue.
Chafer Liner (All sizes)
Also known as: Chafer Insert, Inserts
A metal vessel used to store food and/or to be placed inside a Chafer for serving.
Chafer Liner 4 qt. Square
Also known as: Hotel Pan (Half)
A square metal vessel used to store food and/or to be placed inside a Chafer for serving.
Chafer Liner 8 qt. Oblong
Also known as: Hotel Pan (Full)
A rectangular metal vessel used to store food and/or to be placed inside a Chafer for serving.
Chair Sash
Also known as: Chair Tie
A long, thin piece of cloth used to create decorative bows or ties on chairbacks.
Charger
Also known as: Chop Plate, Place Plate, Set Plate, Base Plate, Show Plate
A large, usually decorative, plate used as the base of a place setting for which other bowls and plates are placed on top of during dinner service. Most chargers can also be used as serving trays.
Check Print
Also known as: Picnic Check
A tonal pattern featuring crossing perpendicular lines.
Chop Plate
Also known as: Charger, Place Plate, Set Plate, Base Plate, Show Plate

Church Linen

Linen napkins with a decorative hem characterized by small, delicate openings.

A bar tool, comprised of a glass, metal tin, and metal strainer, used for mixing and serving a variety of cocktails.
Coffee Maker
Also known as: Coffee Percolator
An electric appliance used for brewing and serving coffee and hot water.
Convection Oven Deluxe Cadco
Also known as: Pizza Oven, Cadco
An electric tabletop convection oven used to heat and cook various food items.
Cork Screw and Bottle Opener
Also known as: Churchkey, Barkey, Sommelier Knife
A bar tool used to open wine, beer, and liquor bottles.
Coupe Champagne Glass
Also known as: "Gatsby" Glass, Signature Champagne Glass, Standard Glass
A stemmed glass with a wide, round, shallow bowl used to serve Champagne and sparkling wine, often to evoke a 1920s feel.
Crate Liners
Also known as: Lug Liners
Plastic bags used to line crates and ice tubs to help contain any food or fluid.
Cross Back Chair
Also known as: Napa Chair, 'X' Back Chair
A popular wood chair featuring a signature open "X" back, often used in rustic, industrial, and farm-inspired designs.

D

Drop Zone
A specific area at one address where a portion of an order will be placed. Drop Zones can be used to organize an order so the delivery team will know exactly which pieces will go to a specific area on-site, helping to make delivery more efficient.

E

Electric Warming Cabinet
Also known as: Warmer, Warming Oven, Electric Proofer
An electric appliance used to store food in Chafer Liners or on Proofing Trays and keep them warm at a set temperature.

F

Flared Cocktail Glass 8 oz.
Also known as: Dizzy Cocktail Glass, Cosmopolitan Glass
A clear, stemless glass used for serving cocktails or food with a flared bowl and knob-shaped base.
Foam Table Liner
Also known as: Table Pads, Table Silencer
Cut foam sheets used between tables and linens to create an even, slightly cushioned surface.
Food Carrier
Also known as: Cambro, Hot Box (not to be confused with a Proofer Cabinet)
A hard, plastic box used to transport and maintain the temperature of the food stored inside. The interior of the box has two sets of grooves where Proofer Trays or Chafer Liners may be inserted.
Food Warmer Light
Also known as: Heat Lamp, Carving Station Lamp
Electric lamps that contain special bulbs used to keep food items at a buffet or carving station warm.

Gallery Tray 15"
Also known as: Bussing Tray
A silver or stainless tray with a raised "wall" edge typically used for bussing.
Garbage Liners
Also known as: Garbage Bags, Trash Bags, Trash Liners
Clear, blue, or black plastic bag used to line garbage pails for easy cleanup and trash removal.
Garbage Pail
Also known as: Trash Barrel, Trash Can
A receptacle used to contain trash and recycling.

H

Highball Glass
Also known as: Collins Glass
A tall, slim, round stemless glass used to serve a variety of beverages including soft drinks, water, juice, and various cocktails.
High Top
Also known as: Bar-Height
Tables set to 42" high, most commonly used as cocktail tables, bars, elevated dining tables, drop tables, elevated food/drink stations, and more.

I

Ice Chest XL
Also known as: Cooler
A large, plastic tub with a hinged lid that stores ice and beverage.
Ice Cream Freezer
Also known as: Chest Freezer
A long, waist-height electric freezer used to store ice cream and other frozen foods.
Ice Tong Silver (Claw) 7"
Also known as: Claw Tongs
A small pair of silver tongs used to serve ice or small food items.
Ice Tong Stainless (Claw) 7"

A small pair of stainless tongs used to serve ice or small food items.
Ice Tub Strainer
Also known as: Perforated Lexan
A clear, plastic insert with a perforated bottom that sits at the top of a White Plastic Ice Tub and helps strain liquid as its poured into the tub. These are often used to remove bar fruit, garnishes, and straws from glasses during cleanup for easy liquid/trash disposal.
Ice Tub White Plastic
Also known as: Ice Lug, Lexan
A large, plastic tub used for storing ice, icing beverage, or transporting food/materials on-site.
Illuminated
Also known as: LED, Light-Up
Battery-powered bars and tables that glow in a variety of colors and animated light patterns.

Kitchen Towel
Also known as: Bar Mop
A utility cloth typically used in "back-of-house" areas or behind a bar to help clean up any messes or spills.

P

Pedestal Table - 30" High
Also known as: Low Cocktail Table, Lowtop, Lowboy, Bistro Table, Cabaret Table, Cafe Table, Lo Cab
A small, round or square pedestal table (usually between 24" - 36") set to 30" high where guests can sit using standard chairs.
Pedestal Table - 42" High
Also known as: High Cocktail Table, Hightop, Highboy, Airport Table, High Cab
A small, round or square pedestal table (usually between 24" - 36") set to 42" high where guests can stand or sit using barstools.
Podium
Also known as: Lectern
A tall stand with a sloped top used to hold materials or notes during a presentation.
Proofer Cabinet
Also known as: Cresscor, Hot Box, Warming Cabinet
A non-electric, enclosed, rolling cabinet use to store food in Chafer Liners or on Proofing Trays. When used with lit Sternos, the Proofer will help keep the food warm as well.
Proofer Tray Full Pan
Also known as: Sheet Tray, Sheet Pan
A large, metal pan used to prepare and store food items.
Proofer Tray Half Pan
Also known as: Half Sheet Tray, Half Sheet Pan
A half-size metal pan used to prepare and store food items.
Propane Stove Outdoor Utility
Also known as: Candy Burner
A propane-powered cooking unit used to heat and cook food.

Q

Quick Add
A quick way to add rental items to an order that involves typing the item name into a "Quick Add" box, choosing a quantity, and clicking "Add".

R

Rangette Electric Burger (Single or Double)
Also known as: Hot Plate
An electric-powered cooking unit used to heat and cook food on a coil burner.
Reception Chair
Also known as: Chiavari Chair, Ballroom Chair, Hotel Chair, Cane Back Chair, Bamboo Chair (Not to be confused with our Bamboo Folding Chair)
A classic seating option characterized by an open back with round, textured slats.
Rocks Glass
Also known as: Old Fashioned Glass, Lowball
A short, wide, round stemless glass used to serve whiskeys and certain cocktails. May be a single (smaller) rocks glass or double (larger) rocks glass.

A large round tray used to serve and bus.

Samovar
Also known as: Coffee Urn, Coffee Server
A silver or stainless, sterno-heated vessel used to keep brewed coffee and hot water warm during coffee/tea service. Samovars do not brew/percolate coffee, rather they are decorative vessels for serving only.
Satin
Also known as: Lamour
A smooth, solid-colored fabric characterized by a beautiful sheen.
Sauce Warmer
Also known as: Bain Marie, Saucier
A tall, round, sterno-heated vessel used to keep sauces warm.
Serving Napkin
Also known as: Work Napkin
A standard, white napkin used by serving staff to keep tidy during hors d'oeuvres and dinner service.
Shantung
Also known as: Faux Dupioni
A solid, poly blend linen woven to imitate the texture and sheen of silk Dupioni.
Silver Bowls
Also known as: Revere Bowls
Round or square silver bowls with pedestal bases, often nicknamed "Revere" bowls due to their resemblance to bowls made by Paul Revere during the Revolution-era. The versatile bowls can be used to serve food, drinks (like punch), or ice.
Soup/Dessert Spoon
Also known as: Tablespoon
A dining spoon larger than a teaspoon.
Sterno
A canned fuel source made from denatured and jellied alcohol used to keep Chafers, Samovars, Sauce Warmers, Proofer Cabinets, and a variety of other cooking and serving pieces warm.
Straight Sided Votives
Also known as: Shot Glass Votives
Round glass votive holders with straight (non-curved) sides that resemble classic shot-glasses.

T

Table Chef
Also known as: Cassette Fue, Tabletop Burner, Butane Burner
A tabletop butane-powered flame burner used to cook or warm food items. These are often used in action stations where a chef prepares the food (stir-fry, quesadillas, omelettes, etc.) to order as the guests look on.
Thermos
Also known as: Cambro
A hard plastic beverage dispenser used to store and serve large quantities of beverages that must be kept hot or cold.
Tuxedo Stripe
Also known as: Damask Stripe
A striped fabric with stripes in a single color with alternating finishes.

U

Umbrella Vinyl 6' Wide
Also known as: Hotdog Cart Umbrella
An umbrella that can be used with a Hot Dog Cart to provide shade to the hot dog server.

W

Waiter Stand
Also known as: Tray Stand
A large, round tray used for bussing and serving.
Waiter Tray
Also known as: Football Tray
A folding stand used to hold trays for bussing and serving.
White Cotton Work Banquet
Also known as: Work Cloth
A rectangular, 136" x 72" cloth used for "function" rather than fashion, for example, to cover back-of-house prep tables, used to wrap ice tubs, or cover garbage pails, etc.
White Plastic Folding Chair
Also known as: Samsonite Chair
Versatile, standard plastic folding chairs often used outdoors and in large quantities.
